This place is the best! They are always clean, staff is professional and friendly and keeps things moving so you aren’t waiting a long time. I would highly recommend the Hamburg location

My 6 year old son went in for ear pain, so we wanted to see someone for possible ear infection. We checked in the morning and made an appointment for 3:30p, as it was the 1st available appointment slot. He waited for 2 hours before being seen. I'm guessing we should have just went in earlier without an appointment?

I was sick 6 days. I set my appointment for 11am. I got there at 1050am. They had me out of there just after 11am. Great staff wonderfuly run. Definitely recommend to everyone.

Don’t bother making an appointment. They take “walk ins” before you so you’re better off just walking in. You could have 3 people “walk in” 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment and they will all be seen before you. What’s the point of making an appointment then? It’s a total disrespect for your time. I work in an emergency room so, I of all people, completely understand when emergencies need to be seen first, but this was not the case and this was a complete delay of care. I arrived 15 minutes early to my appointment and wasn’t seen for just under two hours. Whoever makes this decision on essentially this “first come, first serve” basis should be ashamed of themselves for allowing people to schedule appointments if this is how they do things. The care I received from the nurse and nurse practitioner was GREAT, but this poor management call on the order they see their patients is not ok.

My teen age son wasn't feeling well is the evening got late we decided let's go somewhere and get him checked out, and an urgent care place. There were four other urgent cares in our area but they were all closed we arrived at your office late about 20 minutes before closing and we were treated respectfully and with great care and no one was in a hurry to get us out. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism!

Came in for Pinkeye. It was fast and I was able to pickup my script within an hour

Scheduling was very easy and I was seen quickly after my arrival even though the waiting room was pretty full.  The assistant (Adelys) was very friendly and thorough. The doctor (Jamie) was thorough and listened to everything I had to say and listened to my concerns. She was also very friendly. My entire visit was very quick which was really nice to be able to get in and get out so I could get back home and back to bed.

Cinnamon and the group were amazing! I hate going to the doctor but they always do a great job. Highly recommend this urgent care. Keep up the good work!
