Staff is always helpful and friendly. I always get good care

I came in at about 8:15pm on Friday. By the time I got in a room was about 8:45pm. They took my vitals and then the physician's assistant came in and told me my vitals weren't good and that I needed to go to the emergency room. Didn't look at me or my throat, which was why I was in, didn't do anything just sent me on my way. I did tell him that I do have a normal high resting heart rate but he didn't seem to care, He was more worried about a blood clot. He said because I am pregnant there is nothing he can do. Honestly it felt like I was just being pushed out because it was close to closing time. When I got to the emergency room the doctor wasn't even slightly worried about a blood clot. Everything ended up being fine. I am very annoyed that I spent $60 to be told to go to the emergency room. I do not feel like I got $60 worth of care and I will not be coming back and will not recommend this urgent care.

I waited only five minutes or so after a walk-in.  Thorough exam, and quick script and discussion - very satisfied.  Will definitely use again should I need their help. ‘Great staff.

Had a urgent eye swelling. They are a spectacular team. Helpful and kind.

Lynn at the front desk was very nice and friendly, check in was easy. There were 2 people in front of me but wait time was almost 2 hours. Medical assistant was very rushed due to being the only one there. She was nice but there should be more than one assistant. Dr Toth was great. Always kind and helpful. Waiting area and exam rooms were a bit messy, but again they were very busy. When I left there were about 6 patients in the waiting room. Next time I will call ahead, I did not know that was an option. I would recommend this practice but advise the call ahead.

We set a appt easily on the app. They were able to see my child very quickly. He was pretty sick and needed X-rays. Everything was done very quick and we were able to leave to make it to the pharmacy. They are very caring and friendly there.  Even able to answer a call back question when I remembered what I needed to ask. We really appreciate their service! Always use Springfield.

Over a two hour wait after making an appointment. Had this been my first experience, I wouldn’t go back. Luckily I know it’s not usually like this.

Woke up miserable and was able to walk in and had a very short wait. Everyone was very kind and attentive. Receptionist lady was a sweetheart:) would recommend

Walked in, was seen quickly. Staff was very personable and friendly. They didn’t waste any time. Very efficient.
