The office was super packed - so not fair to rate the “wait time”… but the staff was kind, attentive and took time to listen to me.  They were friendly and not at all bothered with how busy they were or how long they were probably going to have to work.  The office was really clean.  I will be back!

I was visiting from out of town and became ill. I did a rating search and Southern Immediate had the best score. I know why from Michele at the front desk to "Kari" I hope I got that correct ( I was in so much pain from a UTI I was in a fog) to the nurse they were friendly, informative and empathetic towards me! Definitely will recommend

There were many who presented with FLU symptoms so the wait was longer than usual. The nurse practitioner was friendly and professional. The initial office staff neglected to use gloves when administering Covid, and FLU tests. Later, she did have on gloves when administering a steroid shot.
