5 stars to all but the doctor! I booked an appointment online, arrived on time but still had to wait 15-20 minutes. The wonderful nurse, Leslie, treated me like an old friend and bent over backwards to make me feel peaceful and calm. I’d give her 20 stars, if possible! The doctor wasn’t very friendly, let alone cheerful, (horrible “bedside manner”), unlike the nurse and receptionist. He frowned most of the time and acted as if he wanted to stay as far away from me as possible. However, I believe his diagnosis and prescription order were correct. I just don’t know what I might have done or said to have prompted his unfriendly treatment of me. My treatment by the man I spoke with on the phone the previous day was entirely different. He was warm and friendly, like nurse Leslie. Perhaps this doctor ,(“Val”?) was worried about something or just doesn’t like women, but I was totally unprepared for his rude treatment. I could hear him talking to a man ahead of me in Spanish for many minutes before my online-set appointment, apparently ignoring my appointment. What advantage to pre-setting an appointment if not treated with respect and punctuality? I hope he will treat future patients better.

Scheduled an appointment for Monday 12/26. Clinic was closed, so wasted a bit of time driving over. Maybe turn off the appointment system when you won't be open.

I visited the clinic today when I found it was in the veterans community care network. It was fast, friendly, and thorough! I left know that the dr had checked anything possible I might have besides allergies and got a prescription to take care of my symptoms. I’m so glad I found this clinic and didn’t have to wait hours at the Houston VA as a walk in patient.

The wait was too long for having an appointment. The room was so small the nurse was having a difficult time finding space to put the 4 test swabs. The front desk was nice. The nurse was very attentive and friendly. The nurse practitioner not so much. She has the worst bed side manner I’ve ever experienced. Was not friendly and did not seem to care about the patient. Honestly she seemed like she was even confident in her job. I would never recommend nor use this facility again.
