The staff was very friendly and professional. Lisa the RN was extremely compassionate and very knowledgeable. Giles was very kind and thorough. I felt he listened to my concerns and gave me very good care. As all healthcare facilities are under staffed, I did wait for some time. The staff was very apologetic about that matter. I would definitely recommend this facility.

Be aware, you will be billed as if you went to the ER. My son had ear wax flushed, my insurance company was billed $1,300. And the wait time was hours.
