I went in not knowing if they were going to address the issue I was having to my surprise they did not only address the issue they took care of the issue I was having I am very pleased the time that was taken with me to explain everything I was having done step by step I was filled with anxiety and they showed empathy to caring not only for the medical need I came in for but also caring about my anxiety the doctor was amazing and the nurse who held my hand was extra I felt at ease and I had exceptional care I cant thank st lukes team enough for the care and treatment they provided me with.

I am new to this area, still do not have a local PCP. I have been to this facility four times. I have been taken care of quickly. The staff are friendly, professional and extremely helpful in my times of dire need. I don't understand how they rate so low on the star experience. I will rate them as a 5, but would definately go higher if i could.

no seperate sick/well areas. super tiny wait area. went for a work physical and was exposed to a teen w strep throat and a toddler coughing and touching everything in the waiting area. not everyone wore a mask. now i have a sore throat and sick stomach.

COVID test results guaranteed within 24-48 hours and I have been waiting a week for my results and still have not received them. It is ridiculous and no one is able to assist with the issue. Same thing happened last year. So frustrating.

Waited forever. Service just OK.

Service was fast, all employees were helpful and courteous. Medical care was very good.
