We appreciate having quality urgent care. Today we waited almost an hour past hour appointment time to see a doctor for less than two minutes. She barely listened and ran out without giving a diagnosis or treatment plan. The nurse then came in with a prescription but again didn’t describe the diagnosis. This wasn’t our best visit.

Had my back pain promptly addressed and prescriptions made.

From the front office to the Doctor at the back, everything is so efficient. Everybody is very accommodating. The Doctor knows everything! We are so happy to have found this place for urgent care! Thank you, StatMed! You practice the true essence of caring.

Both April the medical assistant and Loren the provider were absolutely excellent. It feels good to know there are still people in the medical field who take the time to explore every route and rule things out while caring about the patient. I was very lucky to have this team care for me today.

Woke up with bleeding ears and they found the issue fast. Highly recommend them.

I was referred by CCHP to use the urgent care facility. I was able to get an appointment and was in and out within 45 minutes. I received great service from the staff and would definitely recommend!!!

The scheduling is always easy and safe. Check-in’s are just as easy. The staff is always nice. Care is always great

Went in for lower back pain, without an appointment, and they took me right back. They treated me right away, had great bedside manner, took their time with me, and listened to my medical history to best decide a course of action. This was my 2nd time coming to this location and I've had good results both times.

All I wanted was a COVID test but was tested for flu and rsv of which I did not request and knew I did not have. The nasal swab tested for all three so I guess staff didn't feel the need to inform me of the extra tests. They did want to test me for strep, a separate swab, but I refused. Luckily, I have good insurance so I won't feel the financial effects of the extra charges but this still feels like the office was trying to pad their bill at the expense of my insurance. My current symptoms were mild but worse than when I had COVID last year. The lack of transparency will keep me from returning.
