I had abdominal pain last Friday, today I decided to check in myself to find out what was going on in my system and blood was found out in my urine sample. I was immediately referred to ER for further evaluation. If not for the doctor who have seen me I wouldn't know what abdominal pain would have caused me. I thank the staffs and the doctor for their immediate care.

Appointment was at 6:15 got there before 6 , doc saw me around 7:30, terrible long wait time. The female doc was really unbothered, she really didn’t care, she didn’t want to listen. Gave me few medicine and wanted shoo me away. Have sore throat for over a month and all the test were negative, she basically told me I might have allergy when I really don’t get allergies. I have chest and abdomen pain and all she said was bcoz of cough and asked me to see primary care. I spent money so I can be helped and not so she could ask me to go see another doctor.

I was in my way to work and was losing my voice. I drove to STAT MED and did a walk in visit. There was no wait time. The front reception was very kind and professional. The staff were very patient and kind. The Dr was about to help me with my diagnosis and I was out of there in 30 minutes.

I had a skiing injury and figured I better get it looked at. I got x-rays and no break. The doctor was great, staff was good if a little quiet. The wait was very long, 2 hours after my scheduled appointment time. But once I was seen by the doctor things moved very quickly.

Wait in the exam room was a bit long because we arrived during the lunch break and nobody told us that. Would have preferred to wait in the waiting area. Diagnostic capabilities are limited (no X-ray or ultrasound). Other than that good and friendly service.

Although there was a bit of a wait because of an unexpected emergency, my visit was easy to schedule, check-in was simple, the staff was friendly & efficient, and I felt seen and taken care of. Would definitely recommend.

Scam. The only thing they “can” do is recommend the ER. At this point just call it consultation care instead.

My mom was having severe shortness of breath and was already on antibiotics for possible pneumonia. The staff and Dr at Stat Med got her in quickly and made a quick referral to the ER. Not where we wanted to go, but really glad to have such quick, good direction.

This was my first time at Stat Med and I am very pleased with the care I received.

They don’t specialize in pain treatment, yet I did feel the doctor was a bit abrupt and could have had better bedside manner as I didn’t feel I was taken 100% seriously with my tmj flare up. Adequate service but I definitely had to advocate for myself and pose ideas for non opiate pain medicines as they basically just said they don’t deal with pain. I’m exhausted by the amount of self advocating I’m having to do recently, it’s so hard.
