Scheduling was a breeze and closer than seeing primary care. The nurse was lovely. I tested positive for influenza A and while it was great to have a diagnosis and hear that my lungs were clear. The doctor was reluctant to write a note for work so I ended up going to work sick - I have never had trouble getting a note at stat md so maybe this is new. Also no advice given as far as symptoms and when I asked response was curt keep hydrating- okaaaaay Maybe I was spoiled from such attentive care previous visits - next time I will definitely call my primary care instead. She’s amazing but stat md closer
