I was frustrated it took two trips to get the prescription I needed.  I told the first doctor that i didn’t do well with Augmentin.   It took a second trip to get them to prescribe a Z pack.  That should have been done with my phone call to let them know the original Rx was not working.   It was frustrating and a waste of time to have to make two trips.

I took my grandson into the Lafayette location to check for a possible earache. The front desk person was very helpful, the nurse was patient with a 3 y o, and the doctor was quick to diagnose and explained what the course of treatment was. Good device all around!

Had an appointment scheduled for 9am on Sunday. I arrived on time and checked in, but the front door was locked. No one showed up for more than 30 minutes while other patients were also arriving and unable to be seen. I ended up leaving and going to another urgent care nearby. I never heard back from this facility, not even an apology. I will never come back and would definitely not recommend it.

Great urgent CARE, STAFF and FACILITY  Check in easy and punctual!!!!

Everything was fine except I wish a throat culture was ordered. When a patient comes in with a terrible sore throat, and tests negative for everything, including mono, please run a throat culture! The rapid strep test only tests for strep A. This would have saved me from having days of more suffering and another trip to another clinic so I could get antibiotics!

The doctor took a look at my son’s toe and declared he had an infection. He never touched it, listened to where it hurts or anything. I do think there is an infection, but also worry it might be sprained or broken. Will be following up with his pediatrician tomorrow. I’ve been to the Sun valley location and would recommend that location. This is the second subpar experience we have had at the Lafayette location.

I had not been feeling great with a terrible cough.  I easily made an appointment on line for the same day.  The staff was very friendly, efficient, and I was well cared for.  I feel great!  Thank you to all for putting me on the healing path.
