Worst clinic. Do not go here. Had an appointment for 5:30pm I got there at 5:00pm and the doctor took 3 hours to see ! I literally didn’t get seen until 8:00pm. I will never be going there again.

Grossly negligent with COVID regulations, no staff seemed to care. A terrifying blasé attitude that truly broke my heart. Wait room was more than double occupancy, no space between chairs: THIS IS A MEDICAL FACILITY?!?!? Management took no responsibility, gave excuses about weather. Deplorable and disgusting.

This is the worst testing center i've ever seen. It is not a place to get tested for Covid it is a place to get Covid. The entrance was filled with dozens of people with no social distancing and the nurse was talking with no mask on. When i ask why she is not enforcing people to social distance she said it's not my problem. Even though i had an appointment i had to wait for an hour only to learn she didnt even process me after i gave my information. Meantime they let other people in walk ins as well. I hope they would close this place soon i dont think you can even trust their service. They are everything against what we are fighting for. The customer service was another disaster, Waited 40 min on the line the they hung up on me. Two times.

Terrible. I went as walk in at 2:30 since it says they close a 3:00 pm. They tell me they stopped taking clients. I tell them their hours says until 3:00 and they should change that and list the time they stop taking clients. They looked at me and just sat there continue to do what they were doing. One of which was on her phone and the other one just sat there and made an “i don’t care face” really sad that in times like these we Also have to deal with people who do not want to do their jobs and don’t care about the people they are supposed to serve.

Worse urgent care ever how u gonna deal with walk ins before appointments. The place was too packed they are very unorganized also They definitely not ready yet! I had a 9:45 appointment and it's 11:45 and am still not seen. That's how terrible they are!!

Wait time is horrible, they don’t make you feel welcome at all, overall bad experience wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
