I came into Statcare to receive a Covid test, because they promised to provide the results within 3-5 days. After my initial visit, which went quite smoothly, the office scheduled a follow-up "tele-visit" appointment for 12pm a week later. That time came, and I waited for almost an hour before the office called me to let me know they couldn't follow up with the tele-visit due to not having my test results. This was extremely frustrating after having wasted almost an hour of my time waiting to speak with a doctor. I understand the delay. Everyone is trying to get Covid tests these days. What I don't understand is why I had to spend almost an hour waiting only to find out I wouldn't have even been able to have the appointment. They should have let me know that at the beginning of the day. Statcare needs to improve their communication. I probably won't be going to them for any of my future medical needs.

Poor service. Covid testing results not available after 8 days even though I was instructed to call today. Called on hold for 20 minutes. Called again same thing. Left voice mails. Sent e mail. If they do not have the results back yet all they need to do is let you know that. Also they tell you to look on line but when I spoke with them last week they told me nothing would be uploaded until they spoke to me on the phone.
