What patients are saying...

Don’t bother making an appointment online for covid testing, they don’t care about it. I’ve been here well over an hour and haven’t even had a test yet. When I called, I spoke with perhaps the most disrespectful person I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with who was incredibly condescending and told me that they had in-office patients to attend to first and that I OBVIOUSLY had to meet with the physician before having my drive through test. When I asked if I’d be billed my standard urgent care copay for this, she said yes, but couldn’t explain why as I would not be actually examined in any way. She at that point was apparently exasperated by my phone call, said “oh my god” and began to explain to me the process, very slowly, as if I somehow misunderstood her. Seriously, don’t waste your time.

FALSE ADVERTISING - BEWARE! Me and a colleague were in need of Rapid PCR Covid Testing and caught an Uber from Downtown Detroit as it was advertised as having results in 15 minutes.... That is a complete lie and the minimum time is at least 12 hours to get your results back. Apart from the results themselves, we were also made to wait in our Uber for well over an hour whilst they sorted out the line of vehicles awaiting testing. It is not a Drive-Through , but it is a driveway, with people pulling up, double parking and backing out chaotically. The staff were overall OK but you can sense the elevated stress levels and that's reflected in the service they gave. I cannot recommend this place for Covid testing whatsoever.

I was very disappointed when I filled out all my paperwork online the night before and scheduled my appointment for Noon, then got there told they don’t schedule appointments and I had to fill out all my forms. Plus I had to wait an hour

The COVID testing site was not helpful at all. Nothing said that we should wait 5 days or more before we schedule a test. We signed up for the raid test and when we got there they told us we were too soon to get a test (2 days since our exposure to a positive covid patient) and that they did not have the rapoid test when the website said they did.

Signed up for a COVID quick test. Arrived at scheduled time. Was informed that there were no quick test available. Was informed that I was requesting a test too soon after a possible exposure to an infected person. ( there was NO mention of a wait period in the information) Also what was the point of filling out all the on line requested information if I was going to be given pages of questions to fill out on site? Not a good experience. Will not choose Solv in the future.

Very confused. Booked an appointment on line. Provided all information including insurance and received an appointment for same day. Arrived at location and saw signs for testing. Got in line and checked in on line. Waited about a half hour and finally got pulled up to recieve the test. Meanwhile cars continued to pull up with no appointments. Medical tech gave me a packet to fill out. I said I already filled them out in line and she said that was only for vaccinations. Which it clearly wasn't. Got tested and the lab site was for a different name than yours. Either there are 2 seperates testing sites at the same address or they don't understand their own website. Still confused but it worked out. Next time I will just show up and not go through the hassle of online stuff

I was able to schedule an appointment online. Upon arriving for my appointment there were 6 cars ahead of me. I called in to see if I needed to go somewhere different for my scheduled time and I was told “we don’t make appointments for testing, first come first serve. We have to fix our system from allowing appointments to be made”. This was a frustrating experience as I did not actually see or speak to someone until 1 hour and 20 minutes from my scheduled time.

When my husband and I walked in there was one other parent with a child in the waiting room. I walked up to the check-in area and there were several staff members talking. One finally told me to take a seat and someone would check me in momentarily. After ten minutes, my husband found the online check-in option on the website so we just did that bc no one was coming out. We could clearly hear them all talking loudly, mentioning many times how they didn't want bad reviews but that someone would always give one. They were laughing and joking etc etc for quite a while. Another patient came in after us and went to the reception counter. The main receptionist asked the patient if she knew if she was there before we were. The patient replied that yes we were there first. The receptionist then asked if anyone checked us in. I explained no but we did it online when no one came out. I was then called up to the counter and asked to fill out the exact same information I spent ten minutes with the spotty service inside doing from my phone. It was as if none of the info was received. When I was finally called back to see the doctor, a nurse took my BP 2X then the doctor came in and said that I needed CT scan and bloodwork and that they weren't staffed enough to do it in a timely manner there and told me to go to the ER. Ok, fine but why wasn't this advice known 80 minutes prior when I first arrived? Oh, bc the staff was too busy worrying about bad reviews and joking around rather than talking to the 3 total patients in the waiting room or even knowing they were there. This was the biggest waste of my time ever. Additionally, another woman came into the waiting area regarding a COVID test. Luckily, she was negative but the staff berated her for coming inside at all saying it clearly states not to come inside on the bottom of the form. The woman apologized and tried to joke that no one reads the five print and the staff yelled at her saying it was not small print etc. It was SO rude and I have no idea why so many people were up at the front counter when none of them were doing a thing. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The Doctor was nice and that's about it
