Sterling Urgent Care is the best telehealth service in Northern Utah. Staff are friendly, listen to your concerns and help move things along in a timely manner. Check in and payment was fast and easy, lots of availability and I was seen quickly. I appreciate all the staff and practitioners who helped me!

The actual web link I was supposed to use didn’t work but I’m told that’s frequent. I offered to conduct the appointment via standard phone call so we did. The person at the front desk was ridiculously friendly, and so was the provider. All of my questions and concerns were answered knowledgeably and efficiently.

Quick and easy

The provider was kind and considerate. He asked questions needed and asked if I had any questions also. Happy to work things out over the phone when not feeling well.

Provider called in an appropriate medication. Calling in the medication then proved to difficult for provider. Provider said, I'm actually not calling it in. Patient left with no health care. Worst urgent care I have ever visited. Learn to work with a pharmacy. How embarrassing for you.

I was waiting 30 minutes past my appointment time just for him to log on for four minutes to “diagnosis” me. He said to takeover the counter meds even though I had already tried those. I don’t even think he was listening to me. I paid $49 and felt like a toddler would have listened more.
