We have gone to Sterling Urgent Care multiple times since our employer provides a membership. The doctors and staff are kind and we usually have a good experience once we see the doctor. I genuinely WANT to like them, but honestly, I dread going there. I usually end up waiting in the waiting room for a minimum of 45 minutes (we waited for almost an hour and a half before even being called back once), and usually it's with a sick crying child and two other young children in tow. It is absolute torture. We are almost always the only ones in the waiting room the majority of the time, so though I admittedly don't know what they have going on in the back and I try to be understanding, it is always mind boggling how long it takes for us to be seen. They offer such a great service, I just genuinely wish it wasn't a two hour experience just to get my kids an antibiotic.

Very helpful, kind and friendly staff. Listened to our concerns, spent time going over lots of options and suggestions. We highly recommend Sterling Urgent Care!

We needed a sports physical quickly. We reserved a time online and had a great experience. The doctor took time to really ask questions and get to know my son, and go over any issues he might have. The $25 fee was great. We highly recommend Sterling Urgent Care!

Everyone was so kind and helpful! Really appreciate them taking care of my little guy and being so kind.

Quality of care was fine. No one was rude. Start to finish we were there 70 minutes for a negative strep test. Better communication would have helped with the wait time. My son saw the doctor, I didn’t, but the rest of the staff was as sterile as the waiting room. We came for the speed and convenience but next time we will go to our family doctor in Logan. The pharmacist after the appointment was very helpful and kind.

I came in to inquire about a diabetes test and it was suggested a physical would be in order since it had been awhile. Very courteous staff and they set me all up with what I needed.

We left worse than when we came in! We came in with a slit on my sons eye that needed glued. We left with a full on gash! I was given the choices of stitches, glue, or nothing. The doctor admitted he doesn't do this type of stitch often so I opted for the glue. The cut got worse as he examined it to determine how deep it was. He didn't even pinch it closed before glueing it. I wish I could upload picture to show the before and after! If he didn't need stitches before he sure does now! Unfortunately the window to get them has closed. The doctor also said he didn't care about scars and if I did to go see a plastic surgeon. Which definitely would have been overkill for what we came in with. I will never use this facility again and will most definitely discourage others from doing so. I wanted to support the local business, but should have followed my gut and went into logan.

Receptionist was more interested in watching TV. The nurse and doctor were excellent! I waited 1 hour to see the doctor. But I also just walked in.
