Was able to get in and get seen fairly quickly. Carrington and Amber met me with smiles and got checked right in. The nurse to the provider are always fantastic. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Being a walk in clinic, I was scheduled immediately, however I believe that the 1/2 dozen patients who were there probably had the flu as I did. However the staff was very friendly and caring and I left pleased with the service

I did online appointment and check in. Was great didnt have to wait in line was in and out within 20 minutes

When I first checked in I told them my pharmacy was changed to central drug. Then when the nurse gave me my paperwork, I asked if my prescription was sent to central drug. She said yes. About 30 min later I got a text from tiger saying 2 meds were ready to pick up. I needed to start the medication soon and didn't want to try to have them send to central so I just paid the extra money. I have laryngitis so trying to talk to someone on the phone is hard for me and for them trying to hwar what I'm saying. This part bothers me . I know the staff and medical team have a lot to do with all the sickness but when I have thus condition and dont feel well, its frustrating

Baby woke up very sick walked into urgent care was t even 5 mins we were being seen ! Staff front and back are always very nice and always help to our fullest expectations couldn't ask for anything better! Wouldn't go anywhere else for fast Speedy Urgent Care they are awesome thank you guys!

I woke up at 3:30am feeling sick and they had an 8am appointment so i went and got diagnosed and it it was great

I have booked an appointment before and it made no difference so this time I just walked in. 5 hour wait.  I have not waited that long in the ER before so I definitely did not expect it at the walk in.  They need to figure out how to handle a full house of patients with only one provider. Have someone on call at least. It was pretty much the same symptoms they could line people up and so flu test and clear the waiting room in a fraction of the time.

Very busy and all the employees handling things very well. Diffidently  this one better than lake road.  Dr helped with every thing that was asked. Called back with test results in a timely fashion . Thank you

The receptionist said it’s a 4 hour wait. But when your sick you’re sick so I waited.

The wait was long but the volume of people was extremely high. We had to wait an hour and a half but that wasn’t bad considering how many people were there. Labs didn’t take long and the staff, nurses, and PA were all friendly and very reassuring. They explained everything really well and I felt well cared for.
