Carley was my nurse and she was very efficient. Dr Mueller was professional and thorough.

Took child who had been exposed to the flu and was experiencing symptoms. Physician said it was likely she had the flu.  Asked about receiving Tamiflu and was advised that none of the drs in the clinic were prescribing it. No explanation or anything given. Older child was seen on Monday and tested positive for the flu and received a script for Xofluza, which cost $85 out of pocket. Why are we prescribing a new drug and adamantly not giving one that has been on the market longer?? Instead we were told to treat symptoms which we were already doing.

I waited in the lobby for almost two hours today. Meanwhile people who had come in after me were being seen prior to me.  Bad experience

My daughter hurt herself at school and I was able to go and check in in a timely manner and we was seen and the nurse, doctor, and tech took very god care of us and answered all my questions. They provide us with enough information we need so I would tell anyone about this places.

Usually don't have an issue but staff was rather unfriendly today.

I didn't have much of a wait time. The nurse that saw my son did a good job but I was surprised she didn't look at my son's nose nor his throat since he came in for congestion and a mild cough. I feel like the person who came in to swab my son was in a rush. We didn't get to confirm if his name was labeled on the correct swab.

Burch NP prescribed nothing for my son. Told me I could have another doctor prescribe him something if I wanted. Not sure why I even went to the urgent care if she was going to tell me to have my son drink water and rest. Not happy at all.

Staff when checking in wouldn't take the time to give me a container for UTI. So after I get to room and now they want urine. I get back to bathroom and it's not stocked with anything. As I am talking to doctor I look and the chair for doctor is just dirty lokked like it's not cleaned for months. As retired nurse that is unexpectedly. Very disappointed!

I have always been a walk-in but I have been seen very quickly, Hope was the doctor both times I was there and the ladies at the front desk are really nice and courteous the office was very clean as well as the rooms they put you in when you're waiting for the doctor Hope is a very good doctor very compassionate listens to what you say and I had all the answers I needed by the time I left so I would say this is a great clinic to go to if you need health care.
