The front desk ladies are rude and not professional. My first time I got tested from my car last week and the nurse who came down was extremely kind and nice. However, this time around I went in and my experience wasn’t good. As soon as I walked and checked in they asked for my name 4-5 time because they couldn’t figure out where my paperwork was. I waited 45 minutes to get tested and I asked 45 minutes later from the time my appointment is supposed to be, when I will be seen because I do have an obligation at 5:30 and the response was “I don’t even know your name” and it was said in a very nasty way. I paused and said my name (which I’m shocked because I already mentioned it 4 times during check in) and she said oh yea they are coming. And then I sat back and down and heard them whispering. This is just unnecessary and it was unwarranted as I was very polite the entire time. I still can’t believe the rude “first I don’t even know your name” there’s is a way to speak to people and this was just not it. I am shocked of how rude this lady was.

Very professional very knowledgeable staff got me in and in a very timely manner . Answered all of my questions that I had . I would highly recommended Stony Creek urgent care Sincerely Rob Petrillo.

Very rude front desk. Only nice person was the physicians assistant. I waited for 1 hour and they took everyone else that came in after me, before me. I was there for a total of 2 hours.

I needed a covid test and was able to schedule it online for an appointment the same morning. Wait time was a little long but as a last minute visitor I didn’t think it was bad. Staff was friendly and competent.

This was my first visit to Stony Creek Urgent Care. It was easy to make an appointment and I was quickly seen.

I purposely made and appt. for my daughter so we wouldn't have to wait long. I had my 5 yr. old and 12 yr. old with me. Arrived at 2:20 like they asked and was not seen until 2:45, with one person in the waiting room. I was there when a man came in to ask for COVID testing. The chair in front of me was not 6' away, but he didn't sit near me. But when he brought his paperwork up after filling it out the woman behind the glass took the paperwork and told him to put the pen back in with the others, which are clearly marked "clean pens". Someone else was filling out paperwork and the same thing happened. They should separate people with COVID symptoms. I would never have come with my 5 and 12 yr. olds if I had known this. The APRN and assistants were excellent in all ways.
