I recently went to Stopwatch in Opelika twice over the course of two weeks with flu symptoms (which turned out to be the flu) and afterward a bacterial infection following it (which was no fault of their treatment). The wait time was incredibly short, all of the doctors and nurses I encountered were nice and helpful, and they did an exceptional job of treating me and helping to get past this crud. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area.

I was called immediately after check-in (didn't even sit down). Everyone, from the receptionist to the medical personnel, was courteous and professional. I am not exaggerating -- I've never encountered a medical provider as cheerful and optimistic as the young woman who treated me today (and I've worked with a lot of them). Absolutely recommend this place!

An update on the last review, the doctor never ( I repeat) never sent the prescription to the pharmacy after the pharmacist calling, after I repeated ask for the prescription and even the pharmacist attempting to personally talk to the doctor. I never received my prescription and will have to see another doctor for the same problem. Very much a waste of time and money beside having now having to deal with my insurance to get them to pay for the appointment again with the same problem. Very sad!!!!

Seeing the doctor was fine, but having to contact the center 2 hours later about the prescription not being sent to the pharmacy is not impressive.

I felt like the doctor check me out so fast like he knew what wrong I try to tell him what was wrong and he said I know I am going to give u this and this would make u feel better but okay then I try to tell him about my ears he like he don't and they still hurts so I hope the 2 shot he give me I hope it work if not I will be back not nice but mean

Went in Friday night with flu like symptoms , they tested me for Strep .... it came back negative of course and the doctor said it was just allergies and gave me a steroid shot and sent me on my way.. I trusted him I mean he’s the doctor right? although I was confused on why I wasn’t tested for flu.. long story short I went and got a second opinion and I had pneumonia the whole time ! I felt rushed with my visit. Like he wasn’t hearing me out! Other than that .. the staff was nice
