Not only did they make people wait four hours, once I was finally next in line they didn’t even bother to tell me they were closing up. I waited FOUR hours even after making an appointment for 12pm. Once I got to the front I asked if it mattered to make an appointment or not, and they said that EVERYONE made an appointment. They even said to the woman next to me that they have been out there all day and that at least the people waiting got to wait in their cars. I understand you’re exhausted but the people waiting are too, and we’re not getting paid to wait unlike you. At the very least, let the people in the back know you won’t have time to take them, or don’t overbook when obviously you can’t take the hundreds of people you allowed to make an appointment and shooed them off after they waited for 3+ hours.
