Went to Summit Urgent Care in Greenwich experiencing very high BP and a headache. Was able to be seen promptly. Desk staff very friendly and welcoming. Nursing assistant was knowledgeable. Dr Mateus was excellent. She was caring, professional and patient. I rate her the best doctor I have had in my long medical experience.

Waited one hour beyond my reservation time just to be taken to treatment room. Staff uncaring and provided no updates. Only one showing care was the doctor

Got a tick bite while visiting from North Carolina. Since I am traveling and on a limited time schedule, I didn’t know where to go. My doctor advised me to go to “urgent care”, and my friend’s doctor recommended Westmed. The woman at the desk was friendly and efficient. I was pleased that I was able to see the doctor within 15 or 20 minutes and get the meds right next door at CVS within 15 minutes. Their text system kept me informed of where I was in the queue. Would highly recommend this clinic.

As a walk in I was seen within 5 minutes post check  in.  Dr Mateus in the Greenwich was very nice, explained everything to me as she examined me.  I was sent for an xray at the White Plains office and  told she would call to discuss the results.  No sooner than I walked out of the bldg after getting my X-ray she called, went over them and provided next steps.  Awesome service all the way around

Had to come right before closing because I had been to the same office a few days earlier and the medication I was taking wasn’t working. They immediately had me check in and see Dr. who prescribed a new medication and I was in and out in minutes. All the staff were great and compassionate. Very grateful to have a stress free experience.
