My son woke up with a sore throat and fever and I didn’t see any available appointments online. I decided to go as soon as it opened. I got an appointment right away.

Wait time is extremely long. Three hours just to be told very little about why I felt the way I felt.

Woke up with an ear and headache; scheduled an appointment on the app (which was very easy to do) Check in was very quick and staff was friendly; did let me know there was going to be an hour wait, but I was able to wait in my car til they were ready .  The PA Kristina Didomizio was awesome-bedside manner was amazing; Spoke to me with compassion and not like she was trying to rush out of there.   Only downfall is the wait time, but everything else makes up for it.

Everyone I encountered today was absolutely wonderful. The front desk staff greeted me with professionalism and kindness. My nurse Victor was awesome! He provided so much knowledge and compassion. Dr. Moien is the best. He is so informative and thorough. The office is always clean and I would definitely recommend this Urgent Care facility to anyone!!

Worst visit ever will never go again I had5:00:00 appt didn’t call me in til after 6 then left me in the patient room for almost an hour that I had to come out several times to ask if they forgot me while I was I. Terrible pain.  Only to dismiss my pain that maybe arthritis or I pulled my back I said maybe kidney infection pain just on one side on waist had to insist on something to help if this is a kidney stone.  The lack of care I have never experienced before seemed like they couldn’t wait to leave. Then she says only place I could get a scan is in rye or white plain. But I had to go to the urgent care so this process again. I made appointment with rye only to find out I couldn’t get a scan same day.  After many calls they couldn’t confirm my appointment says they are not able to see patients appointments have to to on line.  Unable to reach anybody only through call center was a joke.   I plan to never recommend or go there again   But quick to have a referral for a Dr call me in AM right away.

Let me tell you something, the doctor who treated me doesn't seem like a doctor because generally a person goes to the emergency room because they don't feel well, however for her I was fine, I had to buy the medicine from outside the Counter when I have insurance, so right away I give that doctor a zero, forgive me.
