The young man at the front desk had the TV on playing a movie and watching it. It was loud and obnoxious.  No one wants to hear that when they are sick in a waiting area!! I also could not hear him multiple times as he spoke. He does not speak loudly or clearly enough. Everyone else was awesome.

The nurse that called me in had a poor attitude and beside manner. She appeared to be annoyed with me for being sick. Proceeded to be condescending and rough with the examination. I normally don’t take time to write these as I love westmed. But this person should be investigated for poor conduct and sent for retraining.

Dr. Hubel was amazing. He was kind and caring. He was very professional and made me feel very comfortable. His bedside manner was unlike anything I’ve ever seen - a great addition to the urgent care team.

Great and easy help with an animal bite. Doctor and nurse both were patient, helpful and caring.  They took their time and explained everything.

I went to urgent care with what I felt was muscle pain.  I explained that my blood pressure elevates when I get nervous as does my temperature. (99.2). The dr order an ekg and then when it looked normal another.  Her main concern was that because I was older had elevated blood pressure and had an anomaly more than 10 years ago I may be having (or had) a heart attack.  She did not seem concerned with my actual complaint.  All she wanted to do was send me to an er because she couldn’t absolutely rule out heart attack. Again the 2 ekgs showed nothing.  I feel that I got less than adequate care.

Came in with a 2:30 reservation. I was seen within 15 minutes of that time. My vitals were taken and not much longer after, the doctor came in. I felt like I was treated well and that my illness was addressed thoroughly.
