What patients are saying...

I had a puncture wound in my right thumb. I had it for two days. I had put band- aid on it. Cleaned it first. Today it looked like it was becoming infected. I mentioned it to my PCP. Her suggestion was to come to Summit and ask for a tetanus shot. I am a diabetic. I am always satisfied when I come to Summit Care. When physicians can work together in my best interest, I am happy.

The Doctors and PA's are always amazing. Extremely helpful and have the most patience. As for the front desk staff. They are the absolute worst. Unprofessional and condescending. They rush you so they can get back to their personal conversation. Personal conversations that are extremely loud and annoying when there is a waiting room full of people that are sick and not feeling there greatest.

Now that my PCP no longer has walk-ins, Westmed Urgent Care has become the next best thing! The wait is not nearly as long as the wait in any E.R., and much less expensive. You also receive the same kind of attention that is given at a doctor's office. I highly recommend Westmed Urgent Care.
