My daughter (15 yrs old) was sick and her pediatrician’s office was booked due to computer system change over so I went to Urgent Care in Greenwich. The wait was not bad this time, however it can be VERY long at times. I was told only one Dr on staff. The check in lady  was super friendly and Dr could not be nicer and super cool to my daughter.

It was very easy to schedule an appointment. If you complete online check in, it’s even easier when you get there. Everyone is nice and friendly.

After having some neck/back/ shoulder discomfort I knew I needed to be seen. Dr. Ortiz and his medical assistant Edward were amazing! Very detailed with their evaluation and questions.  They treated me as if I was one of there family members. The amount of time Dr Ortiz spend finding a medication that wouldn’t interact with my other meds was great. He asked for my option and let me have a hand in the choices made for my care. I appreciate their time and effort, the next day I woke up feeling much better!

Scheduling my appointment was very easy. The check in person was friendly and efficient. Wait time was close to an hour but, I understand that depends on several factors. The nurse did a thorough job of getting background and detail info on my symptoms. The PA who saw me was understanding, listened closely, and provided clear feedback. It was actually enjoyable talking with her. She was terrific and I recommend her.
