Overall positive experience except for the wait time. I scheduled an appointment for 10 am. I was asked to arrive at 9:45 am to fill out paperwork before my appointment, which I did.  I’m not sure what purpose the scheduled appointments serve because I still waited 45 minutes before I was called in to see the Dr. I watched 3-4 walk-ins go in before me. There was a note that critical cases would be taken in front of appointments. However from a layman’s perspective, none of the people who went in before I did appeared critical. You need a better more transparent system for appointments vs walk in priority.

Had an issue with my eye-stye or pink eye maybe?  Very red, swolllen and painful. Took 15 minutes to try to find the online booking for urgent care. Then finally found it , just to see none of the locations had appts before 2pm if that and only 1!  Decided to walk in as they opened- 2 appt ahead of me & 4 walkin!  After 1.5 hrs wait saw a nurse & MD-they were great.  I do t understand why urgent care is NOT in the services drop down on the scheduling site!  Why is it a fight to find on line ?

apparently, you cannot book your appointments online anymore and I find that very discouraging. And the wait time is still too long no matter what day or time you go
