Went right after work on a Saturday. The office was packed. It's that time of year. It's the season where everyone is sick. The nurse and medical team was awesome. They've been working a lot of hours and they make sure that they take care of each and every patient.

The nurse practitioner did fine, but I prefer to see an MD. I also think there should be an MD at urgent care at all times. It is irresponsible to leave it all up to nurses.

I was diagnosed with a Kidney Stone. The thing was that the Urgent Care Doctor was fantastic. She followed up consistently, prescribed an antibiotic for protecting my kidney against infection and read the CT results, that her follow up doctor did not read. The Urologist that saw me right after my CT said I was clear, but I had a 2 MM stone. It seemed pretty clear that he didn’t read the CT scan and wanted me out of his office. I don’t appreciate that. A gastrologist that I followed up with didn’t seem too interested in dealing with me either.  Give your urgent care doctor who treated me a raise and maybe some time off, since she did the most of the work (and likely the support staff) the rest could learn a bit on getting things right.

Went to the urgent care clinic due to lingering GI discomfort. All staff members were very cordial and informative. The  doctor spent genuine time with me listening to my concerns, thoroughly reviewing my record to consider options and clearly discussing my situation. In a day when it seems that MDs have limited time to spend with patients, this was gratifying. Thank you!

I walked into the urgent care and was seen promptly. The nurse and doctor was excellent, I would give a five star but my prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy. I will still go back because the overall experience was good.
