Was told wait time would be 2.5 hours so I left. Was actually 45 min Dr was condescending, cut me off, and prescribed tamiflu despite a negative flu test. Clueless. Never going back

Thankful to the staff for accommodating me earlier than my scheduled appointment because of my fear of the symptoms I experienced. Everybody I interacted with was professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating, from front desk staff to nurses and the doctor. This is why I have been at Westmed for years now. Keep up the great work.

Had appt arrived and then was told had to wait 45 min. No seats available in area had to go outside. Front desk staff was arrogant and told that’s the way it is. Really? Why bother scheduling an appt? Then once in exam room waited another 20 min for nurse practitioner not a Dr. I’m paying for a Dr however the NP was pretty good .  Recommend fix your appt systems

First time using this service. Called to get information and personal on phone told me to just show up. I did t know until I arrived that it was possible to make a reservation. Poor communication which resulted in a very long and unpleasant wait for me (I felt so sick I was lying on the floor while waiting). Otherwise, good visit.

I had to wait one hour and 30 minutes in the urgent care office. I thought that was a really long time. I asked the person at the desk can I call to make an appointment and he said no you have to go on the app. I thought that was really weird that I couldn’t call somebody For an appointment.

Although I was called by Westmed who was fitting me in at Rye office with a NP, when I arrived it appeared the woman who called me forgot to book that appointment so I ended up in your urgent care which went very well.  A little disappointing but it worked out.

Dr Shuker and nurse Maryann made me feel completely at ease. They took time to listen to my concerns, asked meaningful questions and explained everything. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this team.

The urgent care was fine but the X-ray was very questionable.. you shouldn't have a tech working who can't help the patient.. I had to put her on the table..

As a walk-in I expected to wait a bit, but this was a little longer than usual. In all other respects, everything was great.
