Scheduling offered a great variety of times and it was with ease  that I was able to make a reservation.  However, the wait time was about 3 hours. The staff was helpful both outside and inside the exam room.  The dr/nurse practitioner was able to give good advice to me in regard to medications.  I recommend James Cualey as a provider.

Check in was quickly done Angelica (nurse) was friendly and knowledgeable. She put extra effort into finding a single test for me instead of a combination test.  Unfortunately it was positive.  The doctor was very focused on my symptoms and prescribed medication to make me comfortable during this episode.  Thank you Dr. Wan.

My husband was in terrible pain and vomiting.  Thankfully the RN brought out a vomit bag.  We waited for about an hour while he was in agony in the waiting area. There was little comfort never got to the back area on the medical bed.  There and nurse both told us we should have gone to the ER. He needed fluids and the nurse, who was very nice, was upset by the fact that the surgical supplies on hand were completely sun standard and she had great difficulty with the shitty needles and whatever else she needed to hit the vein and hook up the fluids. Ever since Anthem took over the supplies have been sub standard.  I am disgusted with every acquisition of this facility, the care gets worse and worse. Shame on Anthem and their penny pinching, at the patients’ expense. My husband was in excruciating pain made worse by your substandard supplied.  I would NEVER recommend this facility for this reason. Americans are fed up with this negligence at the hands of the big corporate medical executives. Try ensure patients are receiving  QUALITY when you make your decisions.   As of now, there is no good reason to ever use your urgent care ever again. And I let everyone I know of our d patience.  Shame, shame, shame on you who make your poor decisions at the expense of patients.

When with stomach pain and the wait time was more than two hours for urgent care I think is a little be to much wish they can have more doctors on the urgent care side and not have to wait for two plus hours but that time I could die.

I hurt my right arm 2 days ago and I was able to schedule an appointment online for today. I was seen within 15 min of arrival time. The staff was very friendly. Dr Nicole was very good. She gave me a shot for pain and sent me for xrays. She got me in right away to see a specialist for my shoulder. He was friendly and treated my pain with shot. I will follow up with him after an MRI. Thank you for your excellent services today. I will definitely recommend your services.

The doctor was rude and arrogant.  Neither the doctor nor the nurse listened. They’d ask questions and when I answered they’d interrupt and move on to the next questions. My meds were not documented correctly because of this. Sent me for an unnecessary xray but refused to do viral swabs. Prescribed an antibiotic even though the condition he diagnosed is viral 95% of the time. When I questioned it, he dismissed me.

1) For purpose of patient privacy, will be much appreciated to be considered to be seen by choice gender provider when patient requested (of course, non-life-threatening case). 2) Will be much appreciated to see smily face and eye contact with front desk 3) The nurse Angelica was amazing, very attentive and kind, highly recommended.
