FNP. Park is very knowledgeable and thorough.. The  staff  offers  quality care and they take the time to listen to our needs. There is not a lot of time log times between the nurses and the providers’ visits to the examination room. Booking the appointment and also checking in were supper fast…My decision to visit was just right and you see why😊

Came in on a Sunday morning with respiratory symptoms. There was about a 30 minute wait to get in to an exam room, which was reasonable in my mind. But there was a longer wait (about 45 minutes) once in the exam room till seen by a doctor. It would have been nice to be kept up to date rather than being left in the exam room for that long. Other than that, the doctor was capable and nice and helpful.

Need more workers to improve work coverage. Staff work efficiently, with tenderness and care; however, increased staffing would increase efficiency.

Called my parents to take me since I woke up feeling too sick to drive. I was efficiently taken care of by check in staff and was seen within 15 min,  and meds were called in to my pharmacy. Have always had a positive experience here. So thankful for their care.

My son was in pain all night with a sprained ankle.  We weren’t sure if it was broken or not.  I chose to go to your White Plains Urgent Care office because your website claimed to offer X-rays.  When we got there however this was not the case.  When I asked why there was no x-ray service available, I was told “I don’t know, I just found out myself”. No apology, just take it or leave it attitude.  Well, I had to take it because I already opted not to go to Optum and had already drove to White Plains Westmed.  The front desk at the 210 Westchester Ave urgent care is never really nice or warm, not necessarily mean, just not nice.  The medical staff however were awesome.  The nurse, the doctor or PA and the x-ray technician ( we had the drive to Rye to get the xray) were all exceptionally nice.  Even the front desk woman in Rye was pleasant. I can understand things sometimes don’t work out, perhaps someone called out in the X-ray dept, but there is a way to talk to people, show some empathy. Particularly when you have a kid in pain and that we had to go an extra hour and a half out of our way.

Staff was great! Dr. Hubek was great! Explained things thoroughly so it can be understood.

Tuve una caída en la mañana y fui westmed ñ, la atención muy buena, solo la espera fue casi dos horas, el resto todo muy bien.

Checked in with little wait. The PA that examined me and prescribed medication was very thorough and informative.

Amazing service! I would definitely continue and recommend Westmed.
