Wonderful treatment from both the doctor and nurse. Felt I was listened to, and felt I got good medical care. The office staff in front was kind and thoughtful. The space was clean. Everything about the appointment was great.

I was welcomed as a walkin at the Urgent Care service. Clerical staff was cordial and efficient. Wait time was reasonable. The Nurse and Doctor were thorough and informative. The Physician, reviewed by medical history, completed the examination and discussed treatment options. He clearly was patient focused was additionally helpful. I didn't feel hurried yet the visit time seemed good. The team needs to be commended. I had a excellent visit. Thank you.

Went to urgent care as me and my son has been feeling sick since the weekend. The front desk was very nice but the doctor that I saw was very rude and rushed me out. I am an asthmatic she told me I’m severely wheezing but sent me home with out putting me on a treatment in the office. She also told me my ear was red but didn’t prescribe any meds. My son has fluid in his ear canal she also didn’t want to prescribe meds for him. This was the worst visit I’ve ever encountered at westmed. I would not recommend this provider.

I had 9AM appt. Office was not busy. Got there at 8:45. Did not. Get called in until around 9:20. I know you have to triage but there did not seem.to be any major emergency case. What is sense of appt. If not adhered to?
