I have used this Urgent Care Center on multiple occasions for myself and family members and I’m always impressed with the process from start to finish. The staff is cordial, professional and very knowledgeable. The office is orderly and always clean. I’m usually in and out in 30 minutes to 45 minutes with an appointment. I recommend this provider.

Was able to schedule an appointment this morning for this afternoon. Wait time wasn't too bad considering it is the height of flu season! All the staff were courteous, caring and professional. Left with my prescriptions called in to my pharmacy and instructions on how to facilitate a quick recovery! I would highly recommend Westmed/Summit Urgent Care at Boyce Thompson. They consistently provide excellent, thorough care whenever needed!

The doctor didn’t even take a closer look at our actual situation and sent us to the ER. When we got to ER, that turned out to be a wasteful visit overall.

I was home on Friday from work and needed to see a doctor for a cold that got worse. Turns out I had the flu. I got the next to the last appt of the day at 6. Came early but still had to wait until 6:20 to be seen. I was seen by James Cawley and it made the waiting bearable. I'm a no nonsense person when it comes to my health. Give me an antibiotic and I'm good. Cawley was very welcoming and personable. He took his time, listened to my symptoms and in general, made me feel at ease. Also very thorough (strep, covid tests), along with chest xray. Although I didn't get out of there until 7:30, Cawley made the visit most pleasant. I absolutely would recommend James Cawley. Very professional and personable.

I scheduled this in the middle of the night, when I woke up feeling poorly. I was glad I did because by the time I went, I don’t think there were too many appointments left. It was a federal holiday. I waited about 15 minutes. I did like the fact that I got a text to let me know where I was in line. The PA was thorough and understanding.

They didn’t give me medication for influenza. I have to seek second opinion due to severe flu and positive to influenza type A and was able to get tamiflu from other physician.

I was happy to be able to have my issue taken care of at the urgent care. I did wait quite a long time, but I know that there were people there who had more serious issues than me. So I understood! When the doctor came in, she apologized for the wait, but I assured her I understood. And she was professional, friendly, And resolved the issue I was having very quickly.
