Had an exam and diagnosis and meds sent to my pharmacy so I can be treated to relieve symptoms same day.  I just wonder if after the nurse is taking comprehensive info, the doctor actually reviews that.

The doctor is great, medical staff is great, impossible to make appointments, in two hours to wait in urgent care when you’re very sick is really not acceptable.

Went as a walk in for urgent care so I knew there would be a lil bit of a wait. Staff was transparent re the wait time which I appreciated. All staff were professional and addressed my concerns. Nurse and NP were thorough explaining what  they were doing and answering questions.A  good experience was had. I would definitely recommend this provider for care.

My nurse Angela was so lovely. Dr. Mathai was very kind , they both had wonderful bedside manner. The x-rays were so quick and although the doctor said a radiologist would read them within 24 hours, they were read within minutes of me leaving the urgent care as I saw on my portal. I always go to westmed for all my needs and am always well taken care of.

Most of the time the experience in urgent care is good, but today was the exception. Not sure what got everyone so cranky today, but the experience was less than pleasant. My mother was ill, doesn’t speak English and she was rushed. She suffers from anxiety and it made an already difficult experience even harder to deal with. The Dr was a downright rude at times. In the future, please be more empathetic towards patients. It should not be like this.

Injured my shoulder yesterday.  Decided to go to urgent care this morning to make sure there were no broken bones and to get guidance on any further treatment.  I was able to schedule an appointment, and I was call at exactly the appointment time!  After an exam, I went for an X-ray, and was back at urgent care with X-ray results in about 15 -20 minutes.  The staff was great, and everything was very efficient.  I really appreciate such good service.  And I would definitely recommend this provider.

I’ve always had a good experience at Urgent Care in White Plain. This time was no different.  Although I walked in, I was seen relatively quickly even though the White Plains site is often very busy. The nurse, I can’t remember her name, and Dr. Wan, who saw me, were thorough, personable and professional. I got the medication I needed to treat my condition. What more can you ask for.
