Scheduling offered a great variety of times and it was with ease  that I was able to make a reservation.  However, the wait time was about 3 hours. The staff was helpful both outside and inside the exam room.  The dr/nurse practitioner was able to give good advice to me in regard to medications.  I recommend James Cualey as a provider.

Seeing the doctor wasn’t an issue, seeing the technician for my ultrasound on my left leg took almost 45 minutes when the last patient was done 30 minutes before. The technician took 3 minutes to scan my leg. This is unacceptable care.

Check in was quickly done Angelica (nurse) was friendly and knowledgeable. She put extra effort into finding a single test for me instead of a combination test.  Unfortunately it was positive.  The doctor was very focused on my symptoms and prescribed medication to make me comfortable during this episode.  Thank you Dr. Wan.
