Overall good experience. Would have loved more customer service and a more visible partition to the lab office instead of a knee high wall that nobody can see that forces everyone to walk around on the 2nd floor. No front desk person in the lab office to attend to patient, had to speak loudly into the lab to ask for service. The phlebotomist was EXCELLENT, much better than the P.O.S. experience in white plains that I will never return. Urgent care was good but more of an introduction from the MD would have been better, but he was overall friendly. Did not like the confusing payment online for garage parking, but i get it must be done

The nurse who attended us when we were first called was great. No complaints. He was attentive and very friendly. The dr. She was rushed. Seemed she didn’t have time. Was already out the door when I was asking questions. When I approached the desk in the desk in the back she was more concerned with the soccer game then helping me with my request.  Usually have no problems with this urgent care which is why I always come here. Never saw this provider before, hope to never have the “pleasure” again.

I told the front staff I was COVID positive needed to get tested here for work. She told me to a seat I was exposing everyone for over 90 mins. Had 12pm appointment for COVID test only.

The physician PA or so called doctor was extremely rude ! Walked away from me as I was speaking to her I feel it was total Disrespect to me ! I will never recommend west meds in ridge hill to anyone especially the urgent care there the only respectable people were the reception area the only ones to apologize to me !

I understand wait times are inevitable, but this is a constant issue at this location, I’ve given it multiple chances, I’ve made sure to book appointments and come early, however this time around I didn’t need to be seen by a provider, all I needed was a COVID test to show proof for work. It took 2 hours for a 15 minute test, at this point I was still understanding considering the season. I got my print out for positive COVID specimen, and by the time I got home I realized the Dr printed my COVID result for last year. So after paying parking, I then I had to go back park again, and pick up the right print out of my result. It’s a whole lot of unnecessary wasting of time while I can be home healing instead of getting worse in this cold rainy weather spreading my COVID around.

Felt rushed. I tried to ask questions and felt like they were too busy to answer. Not sure what the difference is but was told things are different when the visit is just a Covid test. Not sure what that means.
