This place is a factory. The doctors and nurses have no idea who you are. No one will check in on you. You sometimes wait up to 2 hours past your scheduled appointment to be seen. They are overworked and overbooked, they don’t look at your chart or document the details of your visits. They’re so careless it’s A lawsuit waiting to happen

My suggestion is that avoid going to this place at all cost especially if you have an accent...their staff attitudelike they know it all even the questions you are about to ask? Would often tell you, you dont need to know that now, or they would start talking to you as you are trying to explain something to them completely ignoring what you are about to ask...they rather focus on pronounciation of words than your health and well being ,they ask what languages you speak (german,french,italian,farsi,arabic,hebrew,Turkish and English )yet they would roast you infront of you thinking because you have an accent and speak slowly you must not understand fast speaking or the lingo...big mistake.... oh and last week they put me on hold for exactly for 2 hours 17 mins I know because I pay a translator now for all visits and calls so they dont muck my accent it's hard to speak 8 languages and not have an accent.. on one phone call upon reaching them out and explaining what we need . put on hold 2 hours and 17 min, we called the same number from another phone we reached the lady that put us on hold first she said it hasn't been that long then checked she said she is the only one there ,then she said the surgical team is not responding,we couldnt get the appointment we wanted. ,then it happened the day after 1 hour 2 min hold for them to say they cant reach surgical team ,called back next day only a woman to yell at me over the phone about the policy they have and it's way to late for the procedure I want to done, next day I receive a call to get ready for operation, magical experience, I am now done with massapequa office and heading to lake success for the procedure that they said wont perform it was late but failed to find and schedule surgeons for over two weeks,anyways they magically suspend all their policies to have the procedure done today, as I received a phone call yesterday to fast and give blood work...if you want extra stress during pregnancy and enjoy abusive behaviors this is your place....
