Refused to care for me since I had Covid. I was needing the PCR test for infusion and they refused to help me and yelled at me although I told them I was Covid positive before coming in. They were very rude

The person consider a provider limited with words and service. It was a waste of time visiting place. He supposed to be a doctor that clinic could be run by medical assistant.

Booked a Rapid Covid test via the Solv app, entered insurance, app even has option to confirm cost. Arrive 20 mins before appointment and was told Rapid Covid test would cost $200 and they were not accepting insurance. Total waste of time & energy plus it was raining so unsafe driving conditions. Please make unnecessary surprises clearly stated via the app especially when those questions are asked during the setup of appointment. Highly unprofessional during a pandemic when you need your info when you make the time to schedule an appointment during the holidays. Highly disappointed.
