This was definitely an experience but I should have known better. THERE WAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ETIQUETTE, NO WELCOMING FEELING, AND THE FRONT DESK AND NURSE PRACTITIONER WERE RUDE AND NOT UP-TO-DATE ON MEDICAL INFORMATION. I was told I had to pay 125 each for my daughter and I since they were not federally regulated by the government. With this being said, told them to scratch us off the list since I wasn’t mentally prepared to pay 250 dollars although I travelled 30 minutes one way to get there. I Called my insurance who said it’s normal and they would reimburse me 100%. I went back inside and asked them could they put us back on the list and just make sure we got an invoice. The front desk person told me I could not get a receipt because it was a HIPPA violation. Since the insurance people were still on the phone she said that is not correct you as a consumer have a right to your information. I said well she has an attitude and asked to speak with someone else but everyone just sat there and starred. The lady I guess that handled billing barely spoke as if she was m Couldn’t talk. Here is the kicker...Never at anytime did I see anyone’s temperature being taken, nor was I asked if I tested positive or been exposed. Never did I see any signage stating that if you have tested positive or been exposed to remain in Your car and they will come to us. We were only brought to the back for oxygen levels, weight and blood pressure. These two ladies I have no complaints about. We were made to feel we were wrong for coming to this facility and basically why we were even being retested for corona. If I want to take a test and am paying for I should have that right. They questioned that and the nurse practitioner basically was in saying snarky but it’s just going to come back positive. And that I put at risk everyone in the waiting area and luckily she had the antibodies. You as a company have a responsibility to do these things. That it hadn’t been 14 days, I needed confirmation in case my daughter of my tested was not given a false-positive. Did she not know that the. Incubation time had been modified by cdc from 14 to10 days? and I told her that. I mad 2 appointments but they only saw one bug I will say they still got us both seen. Chairs were all over the place disorganized. I could go on but it makes me mad all over again. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO A SINGLE SOUL! Very RUDE and place looks sketchy.

Dont waste your time. Horrible service, ude staff, and very dirty facility plus website has false and miss leading information. Booked appt online for a Saturday at 530pm. Called to ask if I can come in early since was in the area. Her response was laughter and yes thats fine bc website is wrong we close at 4pm. Wow. Ok. When arrived I was told the rapid testing is 200 out of pocket. So I said I'll wait for the 3 days. Had to refill paperwork which I did online already. Waited 45mins to be called in and asked for $125. Lady pushed for me to pay $200 telling me it would make more since yet to pay the 200!!!!! Felix Bonsu the medical director needs to stop false advertising and fix details online and visit this location to see what's going on. It's a mess.

I went online and scheduled an appointment for covid testing. I drove to my appointment and was informed they do not take tricare insurance and I would have to pay out of pocket for the test. Why would the website list tricare as accepted insurance but the facility says something different. Total waste of time.

This location was a former Payless Store location where I used to buy my shoes. It was the first time I was going back into the building and also my first time into an Urgent Care facility. I had the nicest experience I could ever wish for at the Morrow, GA, branch of Swift Urgent Care. The receptionist was SUPER FANTASTIC, Desirae was SUPER FANTASTIC, Dr. Bonsu was SUPER FANTASTIC and the other staffer who took my weight and height was also SUPER FANTASTIC. The place was clean, the staff friendly and very accommodating. I honestly would not go to another Urgent care facility. Before leaving there, I complemented the entire staff on what a great experience I had, and how professional and efficiently they did their jobs. Very reasonably priced too for the work they did when I went there the evening of my morning car accident. LOVED IT !!

Unfortunetly zero stars is not an option. Swift UrgentCare takes advantage of the communities they service. Instead of providing clear and transparent information upon check-in, they make you fill out a formal online, full out the same forms when you arrive, wait outside for 10 minutes, run your insurance and make a payment without telling you what your paying for, then wait inside for another 15 minutes along with other people who are sick (i had covid and WAS NOT DISTANCED FROM OTHERS), and then finally see a medical provider who asks you again the purpose of your visit. Totally a waste of time and resources. I had a scheduled appointment and have great medical insurance but I still had to pay $50 and wasnt told until after the test that this was for a standard test - NOT THE RAPID TEST that I signed up for. Swift's reply - "Sorry - they should have told you when you checked in". All in all, this was a terrible experience because I paid for a test that I could've gotten for free. What happens to those that don't have $50 but are told they must pay in order to get services? By going to Swift, they are being taken advantage of AND SITTING RIGHT NEXT TO SOMEONE with Covid!!!! Oh, and finally, they won't give you a payment receipt unless you ask for it.

Upon my first time visiting this urgent care it was packing and busy. However the entire staff was very professional, courteous and polite. After being called in I found out that the staff despite working hard they displayed a sense of humor, something that is needed nowadays and this staff needs to be rewarded and recognize for the hard work and due diligence they show, and glad I was able to be in the presence of an awesome staff...
