Rudest receptionist I have ever come across. Someone must hate their job.

I went into this urgent care for an appointment for a rapid Covid test. After making an appointment and waiting 30 minutes after my appointment time I was there for a total of two hours to be told that it was still negative. After having symptoms of a headache and a cough they prescribed me Tylenol without my knowledge and when picking up a separate prescription at my pharmacy I was given Tylenol without notice. Was also charged and when I called and asked questions about why I received this prescription the caller was very very rude and treated me like an idiot and continued to say “it’s just tylonal.” After asking the question of “why was I not informed of this prescription” because I was charged for it she told me “ma’am I have 6 other patients” then hung up on me. Will not be going back to this urgent care again.

Here for a rapid Covid test today. Wait was long but I expected that. Once in the office I was greeted warmly. She answered all my questions with patience. Even helped me with my insurance card issue. I've never been to an Urgent Care but I wouldn't hesitate to return here if needed. Thank you for your help!

Everytime I go the staff are very friendly, the wait time was not long and they also come to the room and check up on you and let you know when the doctor will be seeing you Excellent service

I came in today because I had a bad cough and had contracted pneumonia 5 years ago. These folks are first class care givers. They helped me 5 years ago and they helped me once again today. I would recommend them to anyone who seeks care from an Urgent Care Center. Kay Pommeranz

I went in and I immediately received unfriendly staff. And my friend was waiting in the lobby for me and he heard the staff talking crap about me. Not satisfied at all with this place. The front desk staff was not good at all and where not willing to take their time to answer questions without having a major attitude.

The check in process wears quick and did not have to wait long to be taken care of. The PA Taylor was very nice and got straight to the point.

My experience was terrible here, this was the third time I’ve gone here and up until then it has been okay. The nurse practitioner Andrea was unprofessional in her bed side manner and not attentive to my medical issues, which gave me a lot of anxiety.
