I waited for 90 minutes after my scheduled appointment. When I finally was notified that my provider was ready, I clicked the link they texted and it said “your video visit has been completed” and they asked me to review my experience. A COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME AND I WASN’T SEEN!

Staff was great but I waited over 3.5 hours. I finally spoke with the doctor after calling the clinic and waiting on hold for 20 minutes. At that point on Sunday my pharmacy had closed and I had to use a different one. Everyone was very friendly but I felt that I would have been seen sooner if I was in the waiting room.
