Had my time did NOT involve 3 hours waiting I would give my experience 5 stars. AND I understand it was day after holiday. Otherwise I am very satisfied

Waited in the car 30 minutes after completing Covid paperwork. Called to see why the delay. At that point we were advised we need to make a copay. Are you kidding me? Worst service ever. Wife and I and Family will never go to either of your two locations for any services. This is absolutely the worst service I’ve ever had and living in South Florida. I’ll be filing a whole bunch of negative reviews online

I waited for 45 for my appointment to start and no one ever came on

I went to the location that I thought I had booked my appointment at only to learn after waiting 30 minutes that it was not there and that my appointment had been scheduled as a virtual appointment. Worst first experience ever.

It was terrible. I waited over 2 hours and no one ever showed up. I had to leave and schedule elsewhere.

I waited online for 1 hour and 20 min. No one ever joined. When I call the urgent care place I used to find your link, I was told it doesn’t really work. Worst experience with an online doctor ever.
