Woke up with my eye itching with a little pain, redness, and discharge. Made a same day Telemedicine appointment. Within 10-15 mins I was in and out and my Rx for pink eye was sent to the Pharmacy. The Physician I seen was Amy and she was friendly, attentive and just AMAZING. I definitely recommend this service.

I needed to get see ASAP for a UTI and I ended up doing the telemedicine visit. Ideally, there should be a culture done for ensuring the right antibiotics, however I was pretty certain how I got the infection. I was clear with my needs with the provider and he was onboard with getting me the help I needed. I was n the call for 12 minutes total. It was absolutely amazing. I had text coordination prior to the call with staff to ensure paperwork was completed and my copay was done. I’d rate this exchange as top notch. The provider was a good sport and had no issues with navigating the telemedicine system from my point of view. If it’s an option in the future. I will gladly opt in for telemedicine again.

This was my first time using Telehealth for an appointment. I signed into the appointment 15 minutes prior to my appointment time as requested. As I was waiting almost 20 minutes for the doctor to sign in, I had begun questioning myself if I had completed everything that was needed since all paperwork/communication is done through online and text. Once the doctor signed in to the appointment, everything went very smoothly and I was very pleased with the Telehealth process. I would definitely recommend this provider.
