Too sick & nauseated with sinus infection so I used Solv app & received television; Had never used that before but the app walked me thru it & Dr was concerned, Very helpful & understanding.  Thx! Got my meds called in to pharmacy pronto.  10 stars Was too sick to go to clinic so this service is excellent!!!

Amy was kind and genuinely great to speak to. Would have her as my PCP if I could! She knows how to listen really effectively and I felt cared for.

Upset because I figured insurance would be billed and I was charged $70 and this was not clear to me. Prescriptions were not sent over

I have a had a sore throat for about 3 days hoping it would go away. It’s only gotten worse grandson was diagnosed with strep yesterday. The ease of scheduling, the friendliness of the doctor and getting meds was terrific.  Will definitely recommend .

Woke up with my eye itching with a little pain, redness, and discharge. Made a same day Telemedicine appointment. Within 10-15 mins I was in and out and my Rx for pink eye was sent to the Pharmacy. The Physician I seen was Amy and she was friendly, attentive and just AMAZING. I definitely recommend this service.

I needed to get see ASAP for a UTI and I ended up doing the telemedicine visit. Ideally, there should be a culture done for ensuring the right antibiotics, however I was pretty certain how I got the infection. I was clear with my needs with the provider and he was onboard with getting me the help I needed. I was n the call for 12 minutes total. It was absolutely amazing. I had text coordination prior to the call with staff to ensure paperwork was completed and my copay was done. I’d rate this exchange as top notch. The provider was a good sport and had no issues with navigating the telemedicine system from my point of view. If it’s an option in the future. I will gladly opt in for telemedicine again.

This was my first time using Telehealth for an appointment. I signed into the appointment 15 minutes prior to my appointment time as requested. As I was waiting almost 20 minutes for the doctor to sign in, I had begun questioning myself if I had completed everything that was needed since all paperwork/communication is done through online and text. Once the doctor signed in to the appointment, everything went very smoothly and I was very pleased with the Telehealth process. I would definitely recommend this provider.
