Waited two hours for my covid test. Front desk lady was no help, told me to sit without checking me in. When I finally got checked in, I had to wait about 2 hours until I went and told the front desk lady again what my turn in line was. Turns out they were just waiting for the room to be prepared? I was finally called in right when I said something. I understand the wait and just how busy these clinics/urgent cares are. There was just no communication between the staff and patients

The front desk girls are always rude and act like you’re bugging them. It makes it uncomfortable to be there.

Needed to get certified quick antigen test for a cruise, and this facility is the closest offering walk-in/no appointment. At least, was closest when I had to do in October! Was delighted to have very short wait, results available within about 20 minutes. Definitely worth the 45 minute drive!

1 hour and 15 minutes to get a rapid test and results. 5 times at other places 20 minutes max. Girl that did text was short and rude. Office should provide full name, results and amount paid on one receipt! Then you have to come back to get printed copy??? Really different than 5 other test places. Will tell others not to come here.
