The initial check in and wait time to get called back was very reasonable. Once called back though, the rest went downhill. My daughter was in pain and the wait time to be seen was ridiculous. We waited in the room for an hour to be initially seen for maybe 5 minutes for the next steps. Then we waited another 45 minutes to go to X-rays, and then waited another hour and half to see a provider again with updates. That was another 5 minute discussion before we waited again to be able to go home. And then it wasn’t even to go home, they said they weren’t confident in their findings so they recommended us to go to an ER. It was such a waste of time & my poor little one was just hurting in pain waiting in the room. the provider we saw was a very kind lady and great with my daughter, but that is the only positive I have of this experience. We will not be going back there.

I was told that there was no one in front of me of us and the lobby was empty.  I have been here for and 1.5 hours and I am still waiting for the doctor.   I secured a time slot on the website.  By the time I took pictures of my ID and insurance card it was taken and I was pushed back 30 minutes.

I had a dog bite today. I am so happy I came here! Everything was smooth, I checked in on my phone!! Everyone was so nice!! The wait wasn’t bad at all.

Mt appt was 9:35 and my dad's was 9:40. Got seen about 50 minutes after appt times. Was in and out in almost 3 hours. Staff was nice, dr and nurses were very friendly and took good care of us.

This was a total waste of time. I have a co-pay of $25 and while I was waiting for the doctor to look at me I get a text saying that they could charge me up to $1500 on my credit card if they chose to I only pay $100 to go to the hospital, which is where I’ll go, you guys are a total rip off

The front desk had one lady who was rude to everyone she talked to on the phone and in person. I believe she had colored hair and piercings. The other Hispanic young female was very pleasant. The doctor was absolutely amazing. He took his time and was very thorough. I got worse the next day and the meds he gave helped after I could finally hold anything down.

My wife said to check this Urgent Care out. I was not disappointed. Less than 5 minute wait time, met with the intake in less than 3 minutes and about another 8 minutes to see the PA who was caring and responsive.

I don't think telling a patient, that already struggles with recurrent UTIs, that they "should be having more sex" is right at all, especially when that's something in itself that can increase the chances of getting UTIs.

This is the best Urgent care. Wait time, checking in, the care you receive and professionalism.
