To many negative attributes! You can’t sign in online. They expect you to wait in your car! I went in there with a mask on they told me I had to go to my car and call to tell me there is a 2 hour wait!!!!!!

So, came in at 8 am. 3rd person thru the door. Waited for 1:15. Went and took a pee test for workers comp claim. Put in exam room. Sitting at another 1:15. Almost 11 am still haven't seen PA. Not very Urgent I guess.

Went for covid tests withno appointment. Was told it would be a 3 hr wait, was 2 hrs ( yay!) Elizabeth, Christana, and especially Lilah ( swabber) were great!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My wife had to go in twice in 2 weeks and the Dr. misdiagnosed her issue she had and the second time she went in they tried giving her eye drops to put in her ear. When she called the Dr. to tell her about it the Dr. started talking down to her and being rude to her so my wife went to a different Dr. in Canton and they fixed her problem the same day and relieved the pressure she had in her ear. Don’t waste your time going to this joke of a place. And there manager has horrible customer service skills and should really get some lessons

I can’t believe you guys are waiting that long for a test when I went across the street to Terrell Rapid Covid 100 bowser and was in and out in less than 30 minutes with my test results in hand. They make appointments so you don’t have to wait. 469-210-7880

READ BEFORE GETTING TESTED. YOU WILL BE HERE FOR 4-8 hours. It took me 3.5 hours to wait and be tested. Another 3 hours to actually get my results. Absolutely insane. They tell you they won’t swab or initiate tests until 12:30... I wasn’t swabbed until 3:30-4 and was one of the first ones in the parking lot at 11:30. Then when the phones open at 12:30... I had to call 95 times to even get on the line. Twice the phone disconnected when I got put on hold after finally getting through. This system needs to do WAY BETTER. I have been to places that do walk in rapid tests between 15min to an hour. Ridiculous.

If your coming here for a COVID test know its a whole day affair. I belive they can streamline it get more people doing it, coz we were there for a test waited 4hrs before it was done and another 1-2hrs for result to come. That is too long.
