What patients are saying...

Today was my daughter's first vist and we LOVED the doctor/PA very caring, understanding and understanding. The office staff on the other hand I give them a - stars. They will over charge you and come up with different stories as to why you came. This was my daughter's first vist/well vist and she was asked if she had any problems other then her well vist. My daughter and myself then explained to her the "MA" about a problem that my daughter was having. I'm guessing the MA then changed her vist, to something else. I'm unsure of when it happened. After speaking to the office manager about the change she said that my daughter didn't have a well vist and was seen due to her other issue. She also said that her appointment was made due to the issue , but they didn't even know about the problem until we told them at the vist. They just tried to make an excuse for the change. I don't mind paying, I mind getting taken advantage of. But this review again is for the office staff/ manager "Allison White" NOT the doctor or PA Edit February 4 2022 This is becoming kind of scary I wonder how many more people have been taken advantage of. By being charged/ coded wrong. As of today they still have not even applied the money to the deductible. Since they coded it wrong, it wasn't a well vist and the amount paid should have went towards it. I wonder what story the office manager is going to come up with. She can't say that she never received the insurance information because she forwarded it to the office where my daughter has to go to get her ultrasound. This is so unprofessional since they messed up, you would think that they would try to fix this. But it seems like they don't care. The office manager could have even tried to say yes the MA messed up. How about since you have to come back, we can make that vist your well vist. Anything, but this is a bad look for the office in a whole now. Because it seems that the office manager will do and make any changes possible to make some extra money.
