The nurse was amazing and had excellent compassion. The physician I saw today however SUCKED and has terrible manners. I merely went in for a yearly check up to get my bloodwork done and that female immediately went into a rant about not giving me Ozempic for my diabetes until my A1C is done. I did not request it, did not insinuate that I wanted it, and stated I needed to know if my Metformin should be increased. Rule number 1 in healthcare, ask questions first, DO NOT ASSUME AND SURELY DO NOT BE RUDE!!

I scheduled my appointment the day before online. I was able to check in with my phone. I had no wait time and was taking straight back to a room. Stacey was wonderful and addressed all of my issues quickly and professionally. The care and kindness and knowledge of the staff was outstanding. I very much recommend them.
