Got me in quickly and the wait was very short. Good service

I've been sick 2 weeks and has gotten worse last 3 days, non stop coughing day and night, no sleeping well because of cough, night sweats, congestion, stomach pain (raw) and shooting pain, sore throat...he didn't even look up my nose or in my ears. Once the Covid and flu came back negative he basically gave me amoxicillin which is a horse pill and will hurt my stomach more, didn't offer a shot or anything. I asked about cough syrup, he said to go get Mucinex DM from store or he would prescribe the cough pills. I told him those pills do not work, I had a few left over and tried them and it did not help. He seemed to get upset at that comment and say well I can't prescribe anything else. I pay for insurance to get prescriptions when I'm sick, not go buy a 20 to 25 dollar bottle of cough syrup at the store when I already feel miserable. My BP was 144/90, it was very apparent I didn't feel well. Okay well how about offering a antibiotic shot and steroid shot, something to make me feel better quickly. I told him I haven't worked in three days! I will not be going back or taking my family there ever again. I have over 700 friends on Facebook and I will damn sure spread the word about this doctor and that office. The nurses were sweet, that doctor is just useless.

Complete disaster, incompetent staff

My go to favorite place. Feels like they care. Used several other but this is the best. Have had great experience in all areas. Wait time was good in the middle of flu season. I walked in. Bedside manner was pleasant. Cost covered by insurance.

Walk-in. Time to see doctor was minimal.  Staff was courteous and professional.

it took me 2 and a half hours after checking in online 4 hours before I checked in to the place to even get seen. I then went back and talked to 2 people for about 45 seconds each and waited 45 minutes for them to tell me my diagnosis from a swob. A total of 3 hours at this place. Even checking in online to help with the wait.

Came in this evening with a cough, stuffy nose and earache. I wanted to be retested for flu and Covid before I could return to work.

Very efficient and professional. There was no waiting and was seen Very fast. The people there were helpful and kind. I would highly recomend this facility.

I booked online , arrived on time , and then had to step to front of a long line ( interrupting the checkin of another pt ) to get myself checked in …… check in staff was cool toward me and I felt bad interrupting her . There is no separate line for people who have made an appointment—everyone else in line was a walk in . I waited 30 minutes . Then The LVN who took my vitals was brusk and offered no information , just walked out of the room when done . ( she needs lessons on patient care , how to greet patients w your name , importance of making patient comfortable and informing how long patient the wait might be for the next clinician ) However , the nurse practitioner, Brittany , when she arrived was wonderful — took time to examine and to get more detailed history . She was concerned for the price of the prescribed meds and was willing to switch to a cheaper one if I wanted . So I guess that’s the bottom line for me ; my ratings above are for her .
