I didn’t want to give a bad review because I never ended up speaking with anyone. They no longer do Tele med visits. Just a heads up to everybody else.

The provider made me wait on my phone for an hour and 20 minutes after my appointment time. I showed 10 minutes early, so I have spent 1.5 hours waiting for a doctor to see me virtually.

Made a virtual appointment got on the call 15 mins early as requested and have been waiting an hour and a half and no one has came in or connected yet. What a waste of my time. I better not get a bill in the mail for a service I did NOT receive. Don’t Do It…

I loved that I could use video conferencing to talk to a dr. I hope this is something the office keeps doing post pandemic.

This is my second time to Suncoast Urgent Care in the last six months and both times have been very positive experiences. Both times, I was treated by PA Mike and he is outstanding! Great bedside manners, very professional and easy to work with. I can’t say enough good things about my two experiences!
