What patients are saying...

The front desk staff does not enforce wearing masks, which to me as an immunocompromised person with 5+ chronic illnesses is scary. Also they make people being tested for COVID-19 come into the office to get paperwork and then go back out to cars to collect the paperwork. No change of gloves or hand sanitizer between handling items from people with potential COVID-19 to handling items from patients there for other reasons. No other protection is worn when dealing with COVID carriers than a mask. So they're "curbside testing" means nothing since they're requiring those patients to come in and out of the office anyway. Other places do not do this from my personal experience. Seating is not spaced out enough to accommodate social distancing. They should let patients wait in their cars until they're ready to be seen. I've been to 4 other doctors offices during this pandemic and this one handled it the worst by far. Please do not risk your life. Go somewhere safer. Also, I called in advance to make sure they had the medications I would need and they said they would but the doctor wasn't sure if they even had them once I got in and I had to push for her to check. At first they told me they had no injectable Benadryl. The only reason I went to this place was because of that medication. Luckily they did have it, but she seemed ready to just send me on my way without it before I pushed to have her double check.

Will never go there again. Waited over 30 minutes then brought into an exam room only to be told they were out of tetanus shots. They had the nerve to bill my insurance as well as send us a bill for our co-pay. When I called to dispute the charges, a very arrogant woman stated that because we were brought to an exam room that was considered ‘triage’ and therefore billable. Don’t waste your time on this place.
