If you need a quick turn around on a Covid PCR test this is not the place for you. During my ten day wait on results, I was unable to visit a family member in the hospital. You should also be I aware that they will charge you for an emergency office visit that was supposedly (not) make clear to me at the time of my visit. My COVID test was carried out in my car at the back of the facility. In speaking with a a rude employee, I was told that my unpaid office visit charge of $122 will be put in the hands of a debt collector.

I just had the worst experience ever! I understand that there is an explosion of Covid cases currently, but the check in is ridiculous! I had taken my 90 year old father with some pretty heavy bleeding from a chronic nosebleed. The door was locked and a sign said to call before allowing entrance for screening. I called 20 times. The phone remained busy. I peered in the window to see one elderly gentleman waiting. The receptionist was sitting at her desk typing. I tapped on the window and she motioned to me to call the number. I tried again. Still busy. She finally let me in and asked the same screening questions for Covid protocol, then said "there's only one of me and so many of you". There was ONE person waiting to be seen. She moved like a sloth. I told her my predicament and she told me that there was still a screening process before letting my Dad in for treatment, despite his bleeding. I understand the protocols, but she NEVER attempted to help us since she was typing on her computer. I took my Dad elsewhere. We never saw a doctor.

We waited for more than an hour to be seen, as they only had one doctor on.
