Our 4 year old son had a horrible cough that we could not calm and could not get an appointment to see his pediatrician same day. It was very easy to book an appointment with Dr. Kingsley and was very attentive, had wonderful bedside manner, and even educated us regarding the use of children’s liquid allergy medicine. Extremely impressed by him! Would definitely recommend his services!

If you need your prescription timely, do not book with them. My review keeps getting deleted. Several hours and calls later, I still don’t have the medicine my son needs. Wait time for calling is also ridiculous. Better off going somewhere else.

It has taken several hours for my child’s prescription to be called in. Allegedly, they have to wait for the doctor to call it in. He saw through the video chat my child was visibly upset and uncomfortable. I don’t know why it would take hours to call in. I’m now waiting at the pharmacy for the doctor to respond to the pharmacy’s question. Wait time when you call also takes forever.

The provider herself was fine and I appreciated her recommendation for care, the experience of the virtual visit was not good. Booked a visit for 8am, didn’t talk to the provider until 8:40, and that’s because I went to the clinic website and called them.
