Waited two hours beyond my app't time as a couple of others who arrived after me were taken back before I was, with no apology from the staff. Receptionist is not correctly trained in taking blood pressure. Really have no faith in the care received.

This is the worse service I have ever received. The nurse practitioner Kathy and Kristen the receptionist are BIGOTS! On 2 separate occasions I have tried to get relief from a back ache. On one occasion I was not given anything for pain although verbalizing my pain level from 1-10 was a 12, was sent home and told to take OTC medicine. On the second occasion the nurse said that she would give me the lowest dosage available after telling her my pain level was still at a 9, for a muscle relaxer. This people you have at this location don't need to work in the south with the public. This area is to diverse for bigotry.

Made an appointment at 1pm for a 4pm time slot. Was seen on time. Very professional and friendly. Afterwards, the nurse sent prescription directly to in-store pharmacy. Received a text in 10 mins that meds were ready for pickup.

A hour& half wait, very rude at desk & treating me. Cost unreal for urinalysis then told me to send to lab for bacterial check would cost "$50-60 not sure but less than $100", cost $94.50 plus $109 here then billed $15 more no clue why. No blood work or medication not even a band-aid total $203.50 plus Bal owed $15, is $218.50 normal price for retail clinic?? Also it's disgusting, nasty & unsanitary to make sick patient use store restroom tote urine around food products risking the patient could faint, fall get bumped loose balance or drop cup of urine causing contamination to others. Should have restroom in clinic area. I don't buy groceries there anymore, why grade deli ? If urine of sick folks allowed in grocery area.
