The staff is always amazing and accommodating. We frequently go there because my son gets sick, I do too. Single Mom, husband is deceased. We always get such amazing care from start finish for many years. I am very grateful and thank you to everyone that works there. You are all amazing!!!

I was seen super quick and the doctor who removed glass from my foot did an amazing job. Hurt very little and I felt like he was very thorough in checking nothing was left behind. I would highly recommend this provider.

I had an appointment but still had to wait over an hour and a half to see the doctor and in total took 3 hours just to get a strep test result. Everything else was great but it was very slow even after they took me back.

The entire office staff are all welcoming. From checking in, to checking out , everyone was so accommodating. Dr. David and staff are excellent. I was given the best care possible. I will definitely recommend them.

Check in computer did not interface with reception so I waited longer than my appointment. When asked the receptionist about it she was very apologetic and got me in right away  Otherwise this clinic is very pleasant to go for minor health problems

Today’s visit was absolutely amazing.  My provider knew her stuff. Last weekend I had gone to a different urgent care. They didn’t even touch my foot. She did more than that. She went above and beyond, and I left there with referrals and feeling very happy with the service that I was provided today.. I would recommend the Mini ER at Lake Underhill one of the best urgent cares to go to.

I was able to actually make an appointment on same day and the ease of being seen reasonably timely. Thank you team for serving and helping me. I’m looking forward to feeling better and back to my old self again.

The night before I had pain in my ear and throat. The next morning I woke up worse with An immense body ache. Not my first time visiting the MiniER and went to the Solv app to schedule an appointment the very same day. I approached the check in and was greeted nicely by the front desk. Staff is always friendly and caring so I know as soon as I was seen they had talked to me about my last visit and how I recovered from that and immediately gave me a diagnosis within 15 minutes and it was strep throat. To would have gone to my primary doctor, but there were no appointments available and booked for 7 days. So I knew I had to come here this team always leaves with empathy and always follow up. Call to check up.
