I had been feeling bad for a week and each day just felt worse. The provider was really kind she took into consideration my medical history, self-pay status, and made me feel very comfortable. Although it was quick she didn’t make me feel rushed at all she took time to ask me about my history and make recommendations on my overall health not just my current reason for visiting and plan my care with me. I was very thankful for that.

I was very pleased with time it took to be seen. The PA was very caring. I will recommend the mini ER for anyone needing medical assistance.

My hubby was in a few days ago and was diagnosed with strep. Unfortunately he shared it with me so I made an appointment at my favorite place when I need help.  Making the appointment was super easy as was check in. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional and made me feel welcome and cared for. The Mini-ER is our go-to when need care quickly without hassle or the high cost of a hospital ER visit.

Check-in was fast and easy. We had an appointment and barely needed to wait that long to be seen. Care was fast and to the point. We were out before the hour ended. We were highly pleased with the service.

My only concern is that I am unable to obtain my visitation information. What was discovered, discussed, medication given, name of doctor. I downloaded this app hoping to find it here.

From the moment arrived to check out and everything in between, highly recommend this experience! Doc even went over the top with suggesting additional testing, which all were positive. So glad she did and pleased with how attentive and patient and understanding doc, nurse and front office staff was. Thank you!

Me and my sister needed to test for strep and we made appointments online the night before, when we got there we signed in and they took us right away. Very friendly and kind, the very quick and efficient.

My son wasn't feeling well. Pediatrician was closed so I booked an appointment at mini er online and strolled in. We waited about 25 minutes. We got seen by Eric who was phenomenal. My son was very happy and I appreciated the patience and compassion.
