Spent $150 to be told I have a throat infection that they did not even offer antibiotics for. Still can’t swallow or breathe without pain. They told me to go to the hospital if it gets worse because it isn’t strep.

My son was sent there by the school nurse after cutting his finger deeply in cooking class. The cut was not huge but was pretty deep and was bleeding badly. The nurse that evaluated us said it needed stitches then the practitioner that saw us was like I don’t like doing stitches in fingers so she just put steri stripes on it and called it good. I believe it needed a couple of stitches and she just didn’t want to be bothered by it. Was it a life or death situation? Absolutely not. However I do t believe he got the care that was needed . Later in the night it started gapping open and bleeding again.

I was there 2 hours, but the nurse that checked me in and the doctor were great. Very very friendly and throughly with her explanation of why she couldn't give me anything and why (I was there for a mental health reason). I'd go back again if needed!!!

Great service! My wait time was appropriate and the physician knew exactly what my diagnosis was and how to treat it. I will definitely recommend this provider to others and use it again in the future.

Woke up yesterday with a sore throat, chills, and body aches. Urgent care got me in for an appointment quickly. The nurse helping Kelly was very kind and good at explaining everything. Kelly was a great listener and took good care of me. Thank you!

Thanks, Alicia CM Book online Kassi Harris Local Guide·27 reviews 12 minutes ago New Not impressed. I showed up before my appointment time, had to wait 30 minutes after my appointment to be called back. I barely got to talk about what was going on with me the girl who did my vitals spent the entire time talking about herself instead of talking to me about symptoms. Then the nurse came in and was not interested in helping me at all, she just wanted to confirm I didn't have what I thought I may have had and was done with me once she glanced in my ears. 10 minutes TOTAL of being seen for NOTHING cost me over $100 and I am leaving with absolutely no help or suggestions besides "just keep taking ibuprofen" I think what makes me the most upset is the fact I spent less than 3 minutes with the actual nurse. I want that to be an exaggeration but it isnt at all. Literally less than 5 minutes before she was ready to be done with me. This felt more like a scam. She couldn't have spent another 5 minutes to talk with me about symptoms and talk about what steps I should take? She absolutely knew I was leaving feeling not taken care of and even had the gall to tell me my doctor would have seen the same thing. No shit. Of course she would, but she would have also taken the time to talk to me about what might be causing my symptoms. This lady had no guesses and did literally nothing but check in my ears and down my throat. Didn't check my nose, didn't talk to me about symtoms, maybe she would have listened better than the girl that was supposed to listen. I felt talked over and that once they got my money they may as well of been done with me. I have never left a place feeling so untaken care of.
