Worst urgent care visit ever. We had an apt and still had to wait over a hour to be seen.

When I saw the doctor after almost 2 hours of waiting I told her my symptoms. She did not diagnose me, she did not address all of my problems, and she just prescribed me with steroids, antibiotics, and an inhaler. When I asked her questions she didn’t give me clear answers. When I told her what was wrong she mocked me and treated me like a child when I am 26 years old. I had an overall negligent experience and will not be coming back any time soon.

I strained my back and needed to see someone quick. I got in and out and got the relief I needed. All of the staff I interacted with were friendly and compassionate to my needs.

Came in as a walk in with an unending respiratory infection.   Wait wasnt too bad taking that into account .  Front desk was kind and helpful which was much appreciated considering how awful I felt . Out the door in no time with a prescription that did the trick.  Would recommend !

Waste of money and time. Doctor seemed very un knowledgeable and provided me no help. Waste of a $25 copay.

Made an appointment for 1:30 rather than walk in to make sure I had a reserved time.  Had to wait 30 minutes before someone brought me to intake.  And it wasn’t busy.  Then had to wait 30 minutes to see a nurse.  1 hour wait with a confirmed appointment . Terrible

When I arrived, there was clearly a lot of people in waiting room, but my app told me it would be 15 minutes from the time I filled out the paperwork to when I would be seen, upon sitting there for about 35 minutes and calling another place that had no waiting. I challenged the girl at the desk and found out it would be well over two hours, then I could not get to her to let her know I was leaving because of the back up at the desk.

Sores appeared on tongue overnight. Since I was scheduled for major surgery in 10 days I decided to go the Ambassador NextCare Urgent Care as soon as they opened. Wait was short, visit with nurses and doctor was pleasant as always and I received an Rx to take care of my tongue problem. It's already better and I'm now expecting to proceed with surgery. I would indeed recommend this provider.
